When it comes to using cannabis and CBD, most of the science is still in its infancy stages. Although many CBD companies are making claims like, “CBD can help you sleep,” or “CBD reduces anxiety” — even “CBD may clear your skin.” The thing is, most of these claims are backed by fairly new research. It’s important to know that you don’t need to take these claims at face value. We do find the research interesting and compelling, but we’re here to distinguish what claims are legitimate, versus which ones are based on false promises. Let’s start with a few false claims.
